We are an Australian business and all prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. All prices quoted include GST unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the complexity of shipping calculations for Australian delivery, freight may not be calculated accurately at the time of checkout.
Freight displayed at the checkout is considered an estimate; Struddys Apparel Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to change freight charges where applicable. A daytime delivery address is required, as you will need to sign for the delivery.
Please contact our online customer service either via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0732096100 with your order number. Indicate a reason for your return and your preferred remedy of a return, exchange or refund where applicable.

It is important that you ensure you provide the correct details with your order. All orders are checked prior to delivery, however, if you do happen to receive a faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or incorrectly customised product, please contact us to be issued with a Return Authorisation number and to arrange return delivery.

the event that on inspection it is found that an error has occurred, or
a fault or damage is found with the garment, Struddys will cover
reasonable transport costs and provide you with a refund or exchange or
repair option. If there is no fault or error, you may be required to pay
the transport costs.
Struddys Apparel Co Pty Ltd will not offer a refund or return if you simply change your mind.
If a product has been purchased in the wrong size, Struddys may at its discretion offer an exchange, only on uncustomised, non-sale items, provided the product is returned to us in its original condition. Please contact us to ascertain whether your item is eligible for exchange. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation number, and an estimate of replacement stock availability.
The return must be received by Struddys within (14) fourteen days from delivery. In the event that on inspection it is found that the goods have not been returned in their original condition, they will be returned to the customer. For all such exchanges it will be the customer's responsibility to cover all transportation costs.
